As a certified Spiritual Coach, I create a sacred container for you to connect with the highest version of yourself. I help you connect with and get to know that version of yourself by teaching you how to release limiting beliefs (aka "Shadow Work"), and grow your own spiritual connection and intuition. I am a modern-day mystic with 20+ years of studying and training in multiple spiritual practices, energy healing modalities, and learning first-hand from other incredible healers and intuitive practitioners how to clear negative energy and bring more light into clients' lives.  Using my intuitive gifts and guidance from your guardian angels, I will help you leverage ancient wisdom that will help you navigate your modern life with more peace, joy, and ease.
